Irene begins each project with an on-site architectural review where she carefully assesses the space and addresses
the goals of the client.
From this discussion a scope of work, budget and timeline
are proposed. A letter of Agreement is signed and the design plan is undertaken. An architect of record will be included whenever is required but Irene and her team will address
space-planning, room layout and facets of interior architecture
(built-ins, cabinetry, lighting, etc.)
